Meet the Team

Joe Abraham has been involved in the startup and growth of over 20 companies ranging from IT and health care to consumer goods and sales training. He is CEO of bosiDNA.com and author of Entrepreneurial DNA: The Breakthrough Discovery That Aligns Your Business to Your Unique Strengths (McGraw Hill, 2011). Joe is also a featured expert to the national media and advisor to entrepreneurship programs around the world. He has spent a majority of his career working hand-in-hand with business owners – and brings that insight to BPI clients.

Steve Thompson is an expert in human capital. He spent 25 years in senior human resource leadership with companies like VitaLink. He was recruited to lead a startup that grew to over 540 million in revenues and went through an IPO. From 2000-2010, Steve was Principal at Sterling Partners (a Private Equity firm) that grow from $90 million to over $4 billion in assets during his tenure. At Sterling, he vetted and built management teams for scalable growth. In addition to working with private equity firms around the world, Steve teams up with our our certified partners when their clients need help with their human capital strategy.

Tim Conway spent the first 15 years of his career in Marketing and PR for companies like Sears and McDonalds. He then transitioned into entrepreneurship to launch his own advisory firm. He then taught public speaking and marketing at DePaul University and entrepreneurship at Roosevelt University. Tim works hand-in-hand with clients and certified partners helping them design customized customer acquisition programs that lead to profitable new business. He also heads up our educational programs and curriculum development at bosiDNA.com.

Andy Parker is a serial entrepreneur. He has built three technology companies from the ground up, raised tens of millions of dollars in funding, built huge sales teams and sold the likes of Microsoft on huge licensing deals. He is wired with a ton of Builder DNA – so we put that to use with clients and certified partners to make sure they are getting the best marketplace results. He serves as a mentor and business catalyst to our certified partners. Andy also heads up business development and strategy for BPI and bosiDNA.com. He is currently co-founder of HubTrack – a technology platform for surveyors and contractors.

Jim Haluczak graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a passion for entrepreneurship. While at DePaul, he was President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization Chapter on campus. After graduating, he co-founded SmartOwl, a creative agency and grew it to double digit growth while his competitors struggled to get new customers. Jim works with prospective clients and licensees to guide them through the discovery, selection and decision process.
