			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Becoming a BOSI Certified Partner is as easy as 1-2-3!</p>
<p><strong>Step 1: Due Diligence.</strong> This is where we get to check you out and you get to check us out. About 20% of that happens on websites and via emails. The other 80% happens face-to-face, over the phone and via video conference. Jim Haluczak on <a title="About BPI" href="http://www.bosiperformance.com/about/" target="_blank">our team</a> will be there to guide you through the process. The faster we can get through this process to evaluate a fit, the sooner we can get to step 2.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2: Decision:</strong> Once we mutually agree there is a fit, a decision to move forward has to be made. Once the decision is made, you secure that decision with a 33% deposit of your licensing fee. The rest of the licensing fee is paid at the time of your launch training or financed over a mutually acceptable term. During this step we schedule your launch training (held at our office in Chicago). If you are based outside the US, we may make arrangements for your launch training to take place using video conference or in your native country.</p>
<p>The most important point we need to make about steps 1 and 2 is that we don&#8217;t have a lot of time to waste. We&#8217;re busier than a one-legged-man in an butt kicking contest. We expect this process to move quickly and efficiently. We&#8217;re not equipped to do months of follow up. We&#8217;re not going to chase after those who need to &#8220;think about it&#8221; forever. <strong>If this is for you, it&#8217;s for you</strong>. <strong>Let&#8217;s get going</strong>. <span style="color: #ff0000;">If it&#8217;s not for you, that&#8217;s 100% ok with us</span>. Go back to your core business and <span style="color: #ff0000;">let&#8217;s not waste each other&#8217;s time</span>.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3: Deployment:</strong> This step begins with your launch training. Over two intensive days you&#8217;ll be immersed in the inner workings of Entrepreneurial DNA, the BOSI Quadrant, profiling entrepreneurs, business systems and more. If you are a one-person consulting firm, we&#8217;ll assign you to a mentor and you&#8217;ll be on your way. You&#8217;ll also be equipped with a customized marketing plan during launch training. We&#8217;ll then start working hand-in-hand with you to get your business launched. If you are a multi-person firm, we&#8217;ll spend more time over the next 90-days working with some real-life clients to make sure your team is synergized on all things BOSI.</p>
<p>Following your launch training and initial immersion, we have a full staff of people ready to support, connect and guide you and your team.</p>
<p>Being a BOSI Certified Partner is truly that &#8211; a partnership.</p>

<li><strong>Have you been bit by the BOSI bug?</strong> If you&#8217;ve read Entrepreneurial DNA, taken the BOSI Assessment and considered how they could impact your business, the question is this. Are you excited? Do you find yourself full of ideas on how BOSI could work in your practice? If so, you may be bit by the BOSI bug. That&#8217;s a good sign for you and us.</li>
<li><strong>Do you want to be part of something bigger than yourself?</strong> Some provider firms think they are the know-all-and-end-all of business coaching/consulting. If you fall in that category, we&#8217;re not for you. We&#8217;re only looking to partner with firms that see BOSI and its global impact as bigger than them &#8211; something they want to be part of building. If you&#8217;re that person, that&#8217;s a good sign.</li>
<li><strong>Are you willing to be entrepreneurial?</strong> It sounds silly on the surface, but that is a requirement of this gig. We&#8217;re not a cookie-cutter brand so we&#8217;re not going to be handing you a box full of mumbo jumbo wrapped with a pretty bow. We&#8217;re looking for individuals who intend to take what we teach them and make it better (not just regurgitate a 6-step process they memorized in a training seminar). We&#8217;re looking for firms that believe in their own capacity and simply use us as a fulcrum to get better marketplace results. Another way to say it is this. We&#8217;re looking for <em>renaissance</em> partners &#8211; not <em>coin-operated</em> ones.</li>
<li><strong>Do you have a passion to serve?</strong> So many firms in the marketplace today are about the next notch in their customer acquisition belt. We&#8217;re looking for partners who truly have a passion to serve their clients. That&#8217;s how we are wired so we want to be around like-minded people. If you care more about money than you do client results, there are other brands that would love to take your money. We&#8217;re not interested in it. Demonstrate that you care about your client&#8217;s success, and you&#8217;ll have us wrapped around your little finger.</li>
<li><strong>Is your attitude success-focused?</strong> So many people come to us convinced the sky is always falling. &#8220;Oh the economy!&#8221;. &#8220;Oh the colors of the website&#8221;. &#8220;If only the marketing brochure said something different.&#8221; Look, we don&#8217;t really have ears for that at BPI. We&#8217;ve landed massive consulting contracts without websites or brochures. We&#8217;ve built multi-million dollar businesses from the ground up with no capital. We didn&#8217;t let the dot-com crash, 9-11 or the 2008 market crash slow us down. We&#8217;re looking for partners who are wired the same way. We believe that your <em>attitude</em> sets the <em>altitude</em> of success. We want to partner with individuals and firms that embrace a <strong>can-do</strong> attitude rather than a <strong>can&#8217;t-do</strong> one.</li>
<li><strong>Do you have big dreams and goals &#8211; with a high desire for their achievement?</strong> We&#8217;ve found that entrepreneurs without big dreams build small ventures. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>BOSI/Entrepreneurial DNA was first discovered in the fall of 2008 by our founder Joe Abraham in his startup incubator/SMB accelerator in Chicago. At the time of the discovery Joe was helping a handful of companies ideate, raise capital, launch and grow.</p>
<p>However, Joe noticed the founders of these portfolio companies growing in frustration. Despite double and triple digit growth, it felt like trying to fit square pegs into round holes. Each company founders was in the zone with certain tasks &#8211; but struggled with others. Each company founder had a pattern of behavior that was similar to other founders but very different than others.</p>
<h3>What worked for <span style="color: #99cc00;">one</span> entrepreneur wasn&#8217;t working for <span style="color: #ff6600;">every</span> entrepreneur.</h3>
<p>As the frustration grew, Joe knew he had to do some poking around to find a better solution than a one-size-fits-all approach to building companies. Several weeks of online research and Q&amp;A with experts kept leading to dead ends. Everyone (even the top professors, incubators, strategists and serial entrepreneurs) were operating from a one-size-fits-all playbook.</p>
<p>So with no real solution available in the market, Joe went to work on his study. First, he did a subjective analysis of the thousands of entrepreneurs he had worked with over the previous 15 years. A pattern started to emerge&#8230;</p>
<h5><em>&#8220;Bill and Sue have some traits in common. John and Hossain do too. But John and Hossain are nothing like Bill and Sue&#8221;. </em></h5>
<p>As Joe sat at his desk scribbling out some notes about people he knew, the names (and traits) began to segment themselves. BOSI was born that day.</p>
<p>But that was the beginning of the journey.</p>
<p>Over the next 28 months, thousands of entrepreneurs from around the world were invited to participate in online surveys, telephone interviews and in-office meetings. In the case of about 20 companies, Joe worked with the business owners over several months studying their behavior, challenges, frustrations and victories.</p>

<li>55% of participants were male, 45% female</li>
<li>72% were US based, 28% were outside the US (but all English speaking)</li>
<li>35% had employees, 30% were solopreneurs/self-employed, the rest were budding or retired entrepreneurs</li>
<li>Average revenue was $2.34 million. High revenue was $180 million. Low revenue was $0</li>
<li>35 different industries were represented (from MLM and Restaurant to Digital Tech and Manufacturing)</li>
</ul>
<p>The pattern began to solidify.</p>
